I’m hosting three workshops in 2026, each designed with a distinct creative intention. The Artist Series (Utah, Aug 4–5) was built to push beyond traditional styled shoots into fully realized storytelling. Set across two of our favorite landscapes, we’ll create immersive concepts inspired by Monet’s dreamlike pink tones and the quiet depth of Japanese mountain scenery—where every detail is intentional and part of a larger narrative.
Las Vegas (Aug 18–20) is pure creative freedom. Iconic, nostalgic, and a little chaotic, in the best way. From the Little White Chapel to the Jackie Gaughan Suite at the Cortez Hotel and Sure Thing 2, this is a space to refresh your portfolio, experiment boldly, and lean into imagery you can’t replicate anywhere else. Cappadocia, Turkey (Oct 17–20) is something entirely different. An intimate EARTH Excursion centered on connection, storytelling, and experience. With accommodations included, we’ll spend our days capturing a full elopement narrative among wild horses, cave dwellings, and surreal landscapes, and our time off building real community.

Why Utah?
We created the artist series to push the boundaries on styled shoots, emphasizing art direction and storytelling in two of our favorite locations with two unique concepts inspired by Monet and Japanese landscapes.
We want more than a “content series,” we want to shoot a story, where each details plays a role and was intentionally selected.
Why Attend?
Beyond shooting and building a portfolio that stands out, you will meet some of the loveliest photographers and videographers in the industry and work side-by-side with Stay Co, a talented stylist and art director with a fresh perspective on intentional storytelling through the art of details. Cara Mia will also be on site and available the entire time to answer any questions and to help you think outside the box. We hope you walk away with a new creative spark and excitement about creating for you again.

Accommodation/transportation is not included.
You will need to fly or drive into Salt Lake City, Utah and book your own accommodation (or use the Facebook group to coordinate with other attendees and share).
I recommend staying in Salt Lake City, there are a lot of great Airbnb options 15-20 minutes away as well (you will definitely want to rent a car).
I will provide a packing list down the road.

Why Cappadocia?
Cappadocia is known as the Land of Wild Horses, and it is a photographer’s otherworldly dreamland. Cave houses carved into stone, fairy chimneys, lush fields, wild horses, rich tapestries and rugs and abandoned monasteries and delicious food. It was the top of my bucket list for years and blew all my expectations away.
I can’t wait for you to experience the magic for yourself.
What is an EARTH Excursion?
An EARTH Excursion is a full elopement story with one couple. This is what I hope to book with clients who hire me–casual adventure session, artful getting ready photos, solo bridals with the bride, and elopement photos with the couple together.
EARTH Excursions also give you a great insight into the place you’re traveling, so you can leave Cappadocia feeling confident about where to go and what to suggest to future couples when you get booked to go back.
When accommodation is included it makes it easier to hang out together the majority of the time. More downtime together creates stronger friendships and really emphasizes the connection of the group. There’s nothing else quite like it.
Travel Info
Accommodation/transportation for the duration of the workshop to all shoot locations is included, minus taxi to and from the airport (I will connect you with a driver/company who you can coordinate pick up / drop off since we’ll arrive and depart at staggered times). Food and flight costs will not be covered.
You will need to fly into Istanbul first (IST), and then get a connecting flight to Cappadocia to the Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV).

01. What EARTH Workshops are you hosting in 2026?
I'm hosting 3 different workshop experiences in 2026: Utah (Aug. 4-5), Las Vegas (Aug 18-20), and Cappadocia, Turkey (Oct. 17-20).

02. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! You can indicate your preference for payment plan on the application form and split your payment up to four times.

03. Will lodging and transportation be included?
For Utah and Las Vegas, lodging and transportation is not included and you will need to book a place to stay and a rental car (you can find other attendees in the Facebook group to share!). For Cappadocia, accomodation and transportation within the dates of the workshop are included.

04. If I can no longer come, can I get a refund?
Tickets are nonrefundable, but they are transferable. If you can no longer attend, it will be fully your responsibility to both sell your ticket and handle all financial transactions with whoever takes your spot.

05. How many shoots will there be?
Utah is two days, two locations, two elopement stories. Vegas is 3 days, 3 locations, 2 elopement stories, 1 getting ready shoot. Cappadocia is 3 days (4 if you include add ons), and includes multiple locations around Cappadocia, a full elopement story, couples adventure shoot, and getting ready shoot. Add ons including a bridal shoot with a different model and gown in a field of running horses, and a conceptual editorial which isn't wedding related.

07. What will I need to pack?
I will send you a packing list before you leave, but I recommend bringing at least two camera bodies and several lenses, extra batteries and SD cards, and plenty of water and snacks.
