Mentorship

Ask me anything over a two hour time period on Zoom. We can go over editing, camera settings, goals, how to start a photography business, how to get out of a creative rut, etc. No topic is off-limits! I’m an open book. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re more established and can plan your own styled shoots, this is a chance to go over anything and everything and get personal instruction on how to level up your photos.

Meet me in Utah, let’s grab lunch or dinner and discuss all your questions in person. Similar to Zoom but more hands-on. Instead of watching me on a computer screen, I can get to know you face-to-face, watch how you edit first-hand, review your portfolio, and come up with a personalized gameplan to help you become the best photographer you can be.

Work with real couples and focus on posing and getting creative and outside of the box. Recommended if you’re newer with photography and want to focus on camera settings, or if you want to see how I work with real couples and practice new posing ideas. Also great if you just feel like you're in a rut and want to learn some new techniques to spice up your photography across the board. I will bring all my prisms, film cameras, polaroid cameras, lenses, whatever you'd love to try out for yourself and implement into your own work. An optional hr-long astrophotography lesson and shoot is also an option for an additional $1000. Will need to be on or around a new moon.

Build your elopement portfolio and get creative at the same time in your location of choice in Utah. Great if you’re wanting to transition away from big weddings and need work to show for it, or if you just want help spicing up wedding photos and learning to implement new techniques. I will bring all my prisms, film cameras, polaroid cameras, lenses, whatever you'd love to try out for yourself and implement into your own work.

Try something completely new and out of the box. Focus solely on creativity and making art. Not limited to couples—could be a group of multiple people or one person depending on your preference and what ideas we come up with. Perfect if you're hoping to break out of the wedding industry or explore other options. We can also add on a stylist for an additional amount to work on product photography, brand/commercial work, or whatever you're most hoping to learn more about. I will bring all my prisms, film cameras, polaroid cameras, lenses, whatever you'd love to try out for yourself and implement into your own work.

Travel to the bucket list destination of your choice and spend 2 full days learning and shooting. Great if you want to build an international portfolio and learn everything and more you would cover with a local mentor session, but spread out over two days instead of packed into 6 hours. Includes two shoots, education and 1:1 time catered just to you and your needs, two night stay, and all food and travel for the days you’re with me. Minimum 4-6 photographers required to make this cost effective, and you can absolutely go with friends. Total cost does not include flights and varies by location.

Topics include anything I already teach during in-person and Zoom mentor sessions without the rush of fitting it all into a few hours, and you can re-watch everything as many times as you need and pause everything as you go. Includes any new videos I may decide to add over time. I am also open to adding videos on requested topics over time to really make sure that this benefits you the most.
